My favorite Rush album has to be Hemispheres, but their album streak since 2112 up until Grace Under Pressure is insanely good.

They made quite a fair share of missteps until Clockwork Angels imo. And Power Windows is good, don't get me wrong... it's just not, like, Signals-level good, or 2112-level good.

Hold Your Fire, Presto, Roll the Bones and Test for Echo aren't very good, in my opinion. And I wouldn't add an album like Counterparts or Vapor Trails to that Hemispheres/Moving Pictures/etc group of albums either.

Presto is one of my personal favorites actually, and the rest ranges from good to great imo. Especially the first three you mentioned (HYF - Presto - RTB) are strong albums to me, albeit not necessarily always favorites of mine.

Imo HYF to RtB is their "weak" period. But all three of those albums are still 3/5 so they definitely never had a bad period.
