Alright I'm about a third of the way through my second listen here... Definitely liking it. gonna take a few more listens to digest all that's happening here (was playing Starcraft 2 during my first listen, shit was too intense to focus). This won't be any lower than a 3.5 though that's for sure. I love the guitar in the opener so much.

Davey I also want to commend your use of the recommended by reviewer section. Since the members also liked cycles through the same 5-10 albums in each genre that's pretty much the only thing you can rely on, and it's way underused.

LOL, if I was playing a video game, I reckon an album would totally finish without me even realizing it was on.

And no probs TMobotron, I've always said that Reco by Reviewer section is under-used. It's really handy when you've never heard of the band being reviewed.

yeah, plus once you've heard

Brand New The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me

Arcade Fire Funeral

Bon Iver For Emma, Forever Ago

Animal Collective Merriweather Post Pavilion

Neutral Milk Hotel In the Aeroplane Over the Sea

The Mars Volta De-Loused in the Comatorium

Brand New Daisy

Sigur Ros ( )

You've covered ever indie rec members also liked will give you. And yeah I was trying to just relax and listen because the guy looked like he sucked but then he brought some heavy shit to my base and I missed like 3 whole songs probably. I listened a lot at work today though, settling on a 4 for now but I'm not done listening to this.

Marigold is the best track on here. I'm having trouble listen to this as much as I want to because Titus Andronicus is running my music life right now.

I just needed to get it out there, song is so so so sweet. Also I'm 100% with you on how I buy and listen to music.

^I just honestly think it's the most sensible way to do it. And yeah that track is great but I like the catchiness of Marigold too much.

Listened to this again today after a couple weeks of not listening to it. It still rules. In fact its grown on me a little bit.

Actually that's not true. My brother plays this all this time. He seems to majorly dig this, which is weird because it isn't his usual cup of tea.
