gonna get more into death metal this year. decided these guys would be a great start because i jammed them a bit back in the day because i knew how influential they were on deathcore lol. frank had a feature on a suicide silence song too haha.
this kinda dm is my speed. i'm much more drawn to something mid-tempo and groovey than relentless. love the chuggy heaviness and constant tempo changes. the breakdowns and slams are awesome. excellent riffs and i think the muddy production helps an album this heavy. classic cookie monster vocals. i see this dripping influences of metal to come everywhere. all around awesome stuff.
