Album's actually pretty good.

I only like Jesus of Suburbia and Holiday...rest is meh.

the entire album borrows heavily from the ramones... not just early Ramones... its not ground breaking, American idiot is the standard Greenday song but some of the other songs are decent.

Its an enjoyable fun album.

This album was the one that got me into rock. Even if I grew out of it I still owe it that. Plus is a decent album. Nimrod is my fav GD though.

those songs, except for american idiot, don't make my top 5 for this album.

Holiday is my fave on the album :/

But i havent listened to this in months (possibly over a year) so i dont really count :p

Jesus of Suburbia, Extraordinary Girl, American Idiot...it's hard to pick out singular songs when this album has to be listened to start to finish.

jesus of suburbia is my favorite on the cd, probably followed by Homecoming.....album is ok IMO

Sorry, but eye-liner and stupid ballads for America aint my cup of tea, especially for Green Day. So overrated, its unfair.

This actually isn't so bad,but I still don't get the hype.The only song that really stands out for me is Holiday.The rest is meh.

This album has aged really badly. I find "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" and "Wake Me Up When September Ends" to be unlistenable right now.
