This is why be arbitrarily coincide certain albums with "seasons" - a sort of self-imposed restraining order.

I preserve 'special' albums until my taste shifts and I no longer consider them special. Then, once that inevitability occurs, I can play them till the cows come home. I'm playing 4d chess while y'all are playing checkers

(kinda wish there wasn't an element of truth in this, in all seriousness)

"People say the same thing about Tinker Tailor and it boils my piss"

Tinker Tailor's one of my favs from The Pool so I don't really understand that one ¯_(ツ)_/¯

faust arp, fitter happier, treefingers are definitively filler

i understand the love for contrarianism here but this was pretty swiftly agreed upon like the day each of those albums were released, lol

I don't see how Faust Arp is filler when it's like, still a full ass song with two verses refrains and an outro lol. Being on the shorter side notwithstanding, maybe it's an interlude at absolute worst but shouldn't be in the same convo as stuff like Treefingers or Fitter Happier imo

Yes all three tracks are essential to their respective albums btw

Jammed this on the bass while rocking my baby daughter in her crib last night and she loved it. Or it bored her. Either way she slept snug as a bug as a result.
