give Sun Of Nothing a listen
|
| |
i will, right now
|
| |
ok so, sun of nothing:
its ok but that progressive deathcorish heavyness doesn't appeal to me at all
more mellow sections are pretty cool, cleans are great. these moments are enjoyable
some classical melodies sound really pretentious and tagged on
if it wasn't for these deathcore parts and the pretentious wankery i would really dig this band.

Its all just to much for me
Feels forced and unnatural

I definitely prefer the mellow sections over the death metal/deathcore sections.

50/50 overall, and yet at the same time, those more mellow sections are quite adept at pulling you up into the heavens. I'm exaggerating here, but still.

Bands alright. This is their best album and it's hardly a "must listen band"

I was late to the BTBAM party so I definitely need to check the rest of their albums out, preferable before the release of Coma Ecliptic.

You quickly realise this band has absolutely no souls and have nothing to offer but mundane fret wanking.
This LP is the only good thing they did that doesn't grate on me anymore.
