deftones would take the vague colour imagery every time unless it was a concept album about ms. Aoi (expand!)

but mainly, the thought of mouldy rice sounds very perfect for tones album so I gravitated that way

Johnny I thought we're some sort of antipodes music taste wise but I'm happy we both agree this album is kind of a bore by Deftones' standards. ^^

I prefer Koi's atmospheric nature. Swerve City is a good song, along with Leathers. Rosemary is pretty too. This is just dull though. At best it just reminds me of other modern 'Tones tracks and at worst I'm put to sleep.



Some melodies are interesting but nothing really sticks. Seems a little stale.
