As expected, the “American Teenager” music video is a banger. Love the new outro that plays over the credits.

Saw her live tonight in Boston and goddamn can she sing. Sounded just as good as she does on the album

Also for an encore she did an a cappella version of Strangers and it was beautiful. Honestly her fun and innocent stage presence is such a contrast from the themes of her music lmao

Yup, “Strangers” is really something. The outro too just demolishes me. So evocative.

you def won't be disappointed. the one thing i will say is that i really wish she performed with a full live band instead of just having a guitarist and drummer playing along to the instrumentals. i imagine she'll incorporate that into future tours tho

Saw her twice last weekend, at Pitchfork and at an after show at this tiny venue, she seemed really nervous at P4k, but the after show was amaaaaazing

Def appreciate this album more after seeing her live. Also her guitarist, Colyer, opened for her and he’s hot af and actually really good.

I thought colyer was a good guitar player but i also thought his actual music was very forgettable lol. kinda just your average dreamy slowcore indie

I was convinced that either Sun Bleached Flies or Ptolemaea was my favorite here, but over time it's been House in Nebraska that I've returned to the most.

about half the songs here can make the claim for soty tbh. i think i am leaning the most towards sun beached flies, but my favourite song pick here is still fluid

"Western Nights" is seriously underrated, one of my many faves here.
