1st track is dope, need to really spin this front to back with attention to comment beyond the obvious - time dies pt.II,etc.

This is very nice when it’s on but admittedly has not stuck with me much or compelled me to relisten much yet

finally got round to this, the second half is definitely the better, it kinda takes a while to get going i feel. but the best tracks like drip, prescience and to resist forgetting are so so good (not quite afol-tier but close). i do wish the production was a bit more biting and raw, feel like there's a fair bit of energy missing from the sound of this compared to grievances and twd

My first real experience with the band. Just a couple random thoughts - this is Lacuna Coil on roids and a nice replacement for Amia Venera Landscape. Heh both Italian based. That was on accident. Seriously.

This is their most post-metal leaning release, thought that might be worth noting. It also represents the combined elements of the previous two albums pretty well, without either sounding like this on the whole. Earlier stuff is significantly more chaotic and less refined (imo) mathcore. Time Will Die has their strongest twinkly post-rock stuff.

I messed with the previous album for a minute Demon. Can’t remember it all honestly Demon. Will have to check it again.

Finally went for a second listen yesterday, feelin comfy with a 4.5 for now. Feels like the bits of leftover twinkle from time will die do a lot to hold together all the dillinger-y mathcore that I usually have a pretty minimal tolerance for

I LOVE the production on this, it's perfect imo. It has all the precision and clarity of Fallujah but somehow manages to avoid that overt glossy soullessness that theirs has.

Yeah the production rips, don't really understand why you'd want it any other way, great balance between grittiness and clarity. It really works for their sound here.
