I feel like their delivery and aesthetic can v easily come off like sour milk, so the strong reactions aren't that surprising idk. Or maybe people hate musicianship - the year is 2021 and Phoebe Bridgers is ruling the airwaves slagging off Eric Clapton's guitar chops
