New single 6/8 is actually pretty decent.

deluxe leaked
6/8 is far and away the best things these sessions have yielded. the album is a bt less bad than this but so far it's not fantastic. better lyrics and slightly better written melodies would've made the album a lot better the instrumentals on most of the bonus songs are pretty decent. skiba sounds like himself which is good but a lot of the songs are too repetitive and parts of the melodies just sound off
and the lyrics unsurprisingly blow

i officially like this album. pretty dumb work overall but theres plenty of enjoyable moments; first four tracks and "san diego" are great even if they're laden with overproduction and cliched musical ideas/lyrics.

agreed those are fun songs yeah. left alone and only thing that matters are pretty decent too
this is starting to grow on me, but the bad songs are really really bad (which is about half the album)

It's OK they didn't. Also the video for that track didn't feature Mumford & Sons.

thanks for saying very obvious things
gotta say "san diego" might be the best thing patrick stump has worked on in the last five years other than star vs. the forces of evil

Travis Barker is WAAAAAAY too good of a drummer to be in this band.

matt skiba is way too good to be in this band
not really anymore, but at least in alkaline trio everyone's talent was able to make up for his failings on newer trio releases

Travis is literally the only good thing left in this band.

skiba isnt really doing a bad job its just the bad writing (which is mostly because of feldman basically making them write the lyrics on the spot) and awful production ruins it.

Judging from his live performances, Matt's way too tired to be playing music written from the perspective of a 15 year old.
