My first listen as I try to catch up on stuff I’ve missed throughout the decade, and my lord what a good place to start. This whole thing is stunning - lyrically, vocally, instrumentally, the world. The title track might be my favorite. Gave it two listens, could see myself bumping it up after returning to it.

So happy I discovered this masterpiece before the decade's end. It's up there with C&L easily. Heck, I might enjoy this even more.

Glad you listened to this. These guys are staples of the folk genre. Crack-Up is another masterpiece.

I think I’m experiencing the Mandela effect because I really remember this being a whole bunch of peoples ‘favorite album of the 2000s’ but this came album coming out in 2011 and that doesn’t sound right either

I am troubled cause I just finished listening to Manchester Orchestra before this and it's crazy how similar their voices are.

(it's not the same guy right?)

Great song yeah, also cool how it links directly to the opener of Crack-Up: https://pitchfork.com/news/72394-new-fleet-foxes-album-picks-up-literally-where-last-one-ended-robin-pecknold-says/
