it sounds like crap compared to this masterpiece right here. It's like they wanted both clarity and grit and they just have no idea how to get that right because they refuse to reorient their music to actually fit the production. If they would knock it off with shoving the rhythm guitar to the back, actually tell the guy to play fast like he should've been in the first place, and got a more natural sound it probably would've been great. But nah let's relegate the rhythm guitar to being totally useless yeah that'll make it atmospheric right? Right guys?

This is honestly one of my favorite albums and it's difficult to explain why. I guess this review does it for m . Hypnotically beautiful without sacrificing a sense of primal brutality. Perfect production too. Shame they kinda lost steam after this.
