robert plant was recently asked in an interview what he thought of sonictheplumber, he said "he is a snotty nosed teen who doesn't know shit about music."

this album feels comfortable at a four. i'm also listening to aphex twin, which partly influenced Thom when he was writing Kid A...or so i hear.

his self titled and ambient stuff is interesting, i would just put it on in the background and tune in when you hear something cool.

'green calx' , 'agiespolis' off ambient I and '4', 'cornish acid' off richard d james are ace, but both albums are phenomenal through, especially ambient I. really you can hear the influence on a lot of radiohead tracks

radiohead was named after a talking heads song... (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ku-NgIOc_Ko).

i kinda see where you're coming from (intros to bloom, lotus flower), but I also get the feeling there's beatles in there too (magpie, separator). Then again, one reason i love radiohead is cause their influences are so diverse

@electric -- i actually had a conversation with a friend of mine about how similar those two songs were. it might be why i don't much care for magpie cause within you without you is so awesome (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ljnv3KGtcyI).

Morning Mr. Magpie, and Little By Little are definitely the weakest tracks on this album, and unfortunately they are one after another. Would 5 this if those didn't exist.
