If you are asking what Muse is resisting, you haven't understood the meaning of this album. Muse has always into conspiration theory, especially the New World Order, this is what they are resisting against. United Of Eurasia is a perfect example, it's suppose to be the next step before the New World Order. MKUltra is a CIA experiment on mind control.
This is musically a great album though to each one his opinion
