I won't bother trying to come up with a list of prog bands I've heard that are more "wanky-danky-all over the place" than this album, but of the ones at the top of your ratings, the Mars Volta and Between the Buried and Me definitely are.
And why are you still talking shit about something subjective anyway? We get it. You don't like the album. Does it really bother you that much that an album you don't like has been so successful?
