the chord progressions are nothing special, same can be told about the dynamics and the structure... the "instrumentation" was innovative but that's it
if this song is a 5/5, then any movement of Mozart's Symphony No. 40 should be at least 19/5

by objective I mean I'm trying to be objective (so I'm not including personal factors such as my taste or the nostalgia factor), not that I think it's an objective truth
though I'm sure even Aphex would admit Mozart was far superior
