There is nothing like this. Believe me, I've searched far and wide.

This bears a passing resemblance. But yeah nothing ever scratches the itch like this does

Sinew is the closest I can think of.

But yeah nothing ever scratches the itch like this does [2]

Have always loved this and would always go back to it instead of Arrows & Anchors, but I have been spinning that nonstop the last two weeks and I am slowly realizing that these fellas may enter the shadowy realm of "bands that have two 5/5's" for me....

Will have to check those two bands out! But yeah, these guys definitely seem to be a one of a kind band. Especially on Arrows & Anchors, they seem to blend styles in a truly magical way. I can't explain it.

As a massive fan of Arrows & Anchors, I had never given this a listen because I thought I had heard the band's best already. But man this album is just as special in its own right. Arrows & Anchors is like the maximalist version of this one. And Darroh is one of the most interesting vocalists to listen to. Great range, really palatable. He's much more restrained on this one than he is on A&A but that makes a lot of sense considering the songs on this one feel like they have room to breathe.

Goddamn yeah, both great albums but you were really missing out. This one has only grown and grown on me too, ages like fine wine.

I've listened to this thing 3 times today. 4.0 already feels too low.

Monthly emotional punishment listening to this while wondering why they are not bigger and why they haven't returned.

5'd it after giving it a couple of months. Has shot up to being one of my favorite albums of all time. This album would have defined my whole being if I had listened to it during college.

Hell yeah, it's one of my most prized possessions. I should give that a spin tonight.
