>Fuck that man, Maynard KILLS it live. He and Carey are the best on stage imo. On the Lateralus tour dude?! Maynard was possibly the greatest frontman I’ve ever seen on that tour. He was incredibly passionate and enigmatic. And he’s been awesome on the FI tour but in a different way. I like how he’s lightened up tbh. He was very personable, funny and warm when I saw them here in LA. Dude gets a bad rap. He’s not really the “Asshole” he used to be. Old age has warned him, or maybe his new-ish marriage and recent baby girl.
All correct. Maynard pisses the haters off because he's better than them, and that gets them agitated like a tree full of monkeys spotting a leopard.
