Vox are wet for a supposed 'rock band' - honestly listen to Pinball Wizard and the vocals sound more like something you'd find on a Yes album
Plant rocked, blues power, sounded like a walking hard on
This dude sings like a progger on this album - and proggers don't rock
Other albums he sounds more like he wants top front AC/DC - another bad thing tbh
Pinball Wizard is honestly a 2.5 for me, nothing special.
Same with Baba O'Reilly
Same with My Generation

Classic bands I either hate or just don’t bond with at all:
The Smiths: good songs, awful presentation
Rush: awful nerd stuff, terrible vox
The Who: bad vocals, average-to-good music
Dream Theatre: awful nerd stuff, butt awful singing
Weezer: the start for a lot of bad millennial music
AC/DC: boring same song template, shit raspy vox
Aerosmith: mostly inane song writing, copycats
Primal Scream: copy cats, image over substance
Iron Maiden: some good tunes, bad operatic vox, too much ‘galloping’ from the rhythm section
We can’t like every ‘classic’ band - show me someone who does and they’re prob a bit simple
