The show was great! Doodseskader and Svalbard were support. Doodseskader was a miserable experience ngl, but that's probably more on me tbh, because they're just rolling in nihilism, self-destructive thoughts and depression and I can't take that shit. Svalbard were more fun, but not knowing any songs didn't help. I will check out a record to get a better perspective.

When Alcest hit the stage, I got a bit emotional ngl. They're stage decorations were beautiful, the light colours changed and it changed the mood drastically depending on the song and the songs ... Yea, they hit me, they're just so amazing. I knew I was not gonna get enough sleep for work the next day, so part of me was wondering if I should go to see Alcest or not, but when they played Souvenirs D'un Autre Monde I knew I would habe regretted not going to the show for years. I loved every second of their set

Awesome kalky. It's very rare to regret going to a show.

Svalbard is so good, "When I Die Will I Get Better?" is a banger album

I'm going to see Alcest/Svalbard tonight! Mainly buzzing for the latter but I can imagine Alcest being good live

I haven't been to many gigs over the course of my life but I managed to get to the Manchester show last week. Naturally this was the first time Ive ever seen Alcest play live and it was absolutely spellbinding. The stage design and lighting was gorgeous, and the sound and performance etc was all top notch. There was a real sense of magic in the room. Some of my lesser favourite songs from the new abum sounded so much better live. I couldn't of wished for a better experience tbh I really feel Neige's vision of Alcest is captured perfectly in a live setting

It probably ranks somewhere in the bottom half of their discog but given how strong a discog it is, I ain't mad

Going to be an absolutely stacked US 2025 tour. Alcest, Mono and Kaelan Mikla.
