ut I say that having just not liked Rooms of a House and never having listened to Panorama

Yeah take Jay’s advice and give Panorama a shot. Wildlife and Panorama are their best imo. And yeah Rooms is def their worst, but still a solid 3.5 with some great tracks.

Slapping a 4 on this after a few listens, but I feel like it'll grow. There's so much emotion behind it that it feels almost impossible for it to not hit you in one way or another.

This album or Pianos' TLLA?

God it's hard to choose the best Wave concept album about the death of a loved one. Both are amazing I guess.

Just listened for the first time and this is easily their best album. To the Beat of a Dead Horse is good, but I really can’t wrap my head around somebody saying it’s better than this.

I don’t get it either man.

It’s probably their most melodic so maybe the hardcore kids don’t like it for that reason but I think it’s far and away their best.

Yeah I guess I kindof get it, that’s the first TA album and sound they fell in love with. But I’m definitely not in that camp.

The first three track run is amazing. Three of their best songs in a row. Flowers and You might be my favorite song of theirs.

Surprised there hasn't been more hype around their new album here. The new song with Andy Hull is great

if TA wanted to generate hype from sput that song was not the best choice

obviously they have a broader strategy but I understand this site not being super into the new song

This is such a good fucking album. Love the passion, energy and rawness of the lyrics — this is exactly what I look for in music.

Got very high hopes for the new album seeing as how each album is better than the last (exception is that To the Beat of a Dead Horse is better than Parting the Sea) and Limelight is so good. Would easily say it’s top 10 TA and I’m an Andy Hull fanboy. Jeremy, Andy and Anthony Green need to get together and form a band damnit.
