TDAG, this, and Sci Fi are all perfect albums imo. It's hard to pick a favorite. TDAG has the nostalgia, This has the raw nihilism and vitriol, and Sci Fi has the sobering dejected mood and dark as fuck lyrics. This may be my favorite, but it changes every time I jam one of the albums.

After 14 years of obsessing over this band, I believe my final verdict is as follows:
#1 = TDAG: simply a stone cold classic
#2 = Daisy: possibly the most interesting and consistently engaging of all their releases
#3 = SF: their best flowing and most mature
#4 = Deja: a classic in youth, but far too easy to outgrow
#5 = YFW: still underrated with a few classic tunes (soco amaretto lime, baby), but angsty pop punk can only ascend so high

I had a friend in college who listened to nothing but metal and basically called me a pussy for liking indie-rock, then he heard TDAG and it became his favorite album ever.
Was that you, Hawks?
