i was pretty much done w the weeknd after not caring too much about kiss land but beauty behind the madness was a pretty welcome change of direction, at least musically

The fun part is guessing what's real and what's just the silly ego that he projects to keep his name in the game.

I love how in interviews he never seems to be able to articulate what it is that he wants to say. He always seems so frustrated like he doesn't know how to explain himself in a way that people would understand. Like an alien trying to communicate with humans. It's fantastic.
