Symphonic stuff will make or break a band for me. I am super picky about it, More often than not I will hate it.
My taste in BM is pretty entry level tbh, Immortal was my go to and maybe some Emperor.

I knew a dude who was dead set on trying to get me to listen to something other than Pure Holocaust so he gave me all these recs and I just can't get into the deliberately awful productions and goofy symphonic stuff.
I do enjoy some of the Blackened-Folk hipster stuff I've heard.
