So I listened to it, and I still don't see what makes it so great. It just sounds like another mainstream pop album. The hooks aren't even really that good. :/ What am I missing?

No, seriously, what am I missing? Everytime I ask someone for an insight on why this album is good all I get is:
"maybe you should listen to it"
"maybe you should listen to less metal"
or
"it is 2 complex 4 u 2 understand"

I did the first one, the last one doesn't make any sense, and I'm not doing the second option seeing as how it's my favorite genre.

Female-fronted pop music has a pretty big audience on this site, it's not something you're missing out on as much as this album simply not being your thing

It's a fun electro pop album man cmon now. It's fun and doesn't come across as being incredibly cheesy or crass. Also Carly Bae
