I like Hage on the album better because I don't like the drum sound on the single.

Curious what that collab with Pierrot will turn out to be.

Yeah, hopefully without Pierrot's vocalist singing haha.

Uroboros Remastered & Expanded (serious, do this one and not the original) is generally the best place to start with these guys.

That and Withering to Death for older material (it's not close to their best albums, but it's a mix between J-rock and a more western sound, so that makes it good for newcomers).

Also this is the album after years of failing to get into the band finally made me fall in love with them so this is a great option due to how much atmosphere and ballads are here.

Actually, yeah, this one ties in the more extreme and avant-garde elements found on Uroboros and DSS with the more streamlined songwriting of mid-era material, then adding some nice atmosphere.

"The vocalist is fucking insane"

Reason why he's my favorite vocalist along with someone else :3

This album will always hold a special place in my heart for finally making it click for me, the grooves and melody in the guitar work are integrated perfectly.

Kyo's been my unrivaled favourite since discovering the band.
