As much as I like their old sound, this album has grown on me like crazy. The change in direction had me worried, but I'm beginning to think the "brighter" sound really suits this band. "La nuit marche avec moi" - that main melody is so simple, but it just works.

This is an incredible album and a likewise incredible review. You're one of the few reviewers I've seen who seems to *get* this album, there's a number over whose heads it seems to have flown! Particularly liked the last part of the review:
"Shelter lives completely in the moment yet is seemingly detached from the here and now. It exists like a dream. It molds to our deepest and most sincere emotions, bringing up the past, present, and future into one tangible vision. It is the soundtrack to every want and desire, and every wish and memory – but most of all, it is simply beautiful."
