It's a pain in the ass though. When you make a playlist you just want to have to hit play and then not worry about it instead of messing with the volume to find the sweet spot for every song.

This is my first Karnivool album and I must say the weird time-sig. and lack of hooks for more abstract guitar passages are really entertaining. I've only heard the singles from the other albums but they don't seem as interesting as this. I can see how people see this as pompous prog music or whatever. But I really like the off-kilter feel of the album.
