^ Pretty cool, though I definitely don't agree with all the comments saying it's better than the original. Sounds a little too forced.

"I feel like this is almost a straight forward rock album for them. The lyrics aren't as good, and there is little to no experimentation in the instruments or vocals, as found on Vheissu or The Index's. Don't get me wrong, everything is spot on, but I've heard all these progressions before... A tad disappointing."

That's what i thought on my first listen but it's slowly growing on me. I still can't get into Anthology, Treading Paper, Disarmed and Woods In The Water (they seem boring and forgettable) though. It's also the first time that Dustin's vocals annoy me (Cataracts). Call It In The Air is probably my favorite track, perfect mix of Vheissu and Beggars.

"I swear I've heard the chord progression at 2:14 to 2:31 of Calling In The Air somewhere before" me too ! i don't remember where i exactly heard this chord progression (Digital Sea ? Sleeping Awake by P.O.D ?)

Some very good songs on here, but so far this record feels too straight forward to me.

It's funny, I opened this thread to specifically post that.

best thing is that for every pointing out of that homo avatar he insists even more to keep the homo avatar just to be edgy which in turn is even more homo

dunno bout that. i guess jizz_flute's doing something right lol except sporting a cool av. why would anyone want that cover as an avatar? think about it, then you'll know what i meant by my last post. oh and by 'edgy' i mean trying too hard.
