I'm actually digging this less this time, but then again Thursday's grown off me pretty hard recently

Rickly's voice was never a favorite of mine, and once that No Devotion album came out and it finally fit the music so well, nothing else he's done has interested me as much

instrumentation on this is pretty nice though, and picking up in the second half. I was starting to question why I gave this a 4, but now I think I remember lol

It's just the perfect summation of everything they tried to do throughout their career. I can understand since Thursday in general has been growing off of you, but this really is just the peak of everything they ever attempted. I love them dearly and I honestly hope they don't make another album.

Empty Glass takes the cake for me personally

Hold your hand to the fire. And your eyes to the sky. Just different shades of cellophane taped against the lights. No Devolucion wasn't an immediate love for me. I do think it's their best work though. Best songs for me are past & future ruins/turnpike divides.
