Deep blue and atlas have the worst production in the history of modern metalcore. The only good song to ever come out of those two albums is Leviathan I. Breakdowns can be awesome, like they are on the first two Parkway records. Chugcore a la devil wears prada or for the fallen dreams, on the other hand, is fucking disgraceful

They don’t hurt me steaky I just think they’re ham-fisted and often just terrible in those two albums. Even on KWAS I think they’re way over-utilized to the point of just beating a decaying horse, but they at least crush significantly more often here and on Horizons
