THIS is what i am talking about. Man his voice for me is SO much better than most of the early metal singers like megadeath, iron maiden, anthrax, slayer, judas priest

he sounds very strong and powerful, as opposed to the Rock n' Roll vibe i get from the other singers. Metallica has a strong vocalist too, but in a different way to Dio. i am excited to hear more of these albums. was disappointed in Elf, the band before he made Dio. I also have Rainbow which he was a part of for 3 or 4 albums

yeah hetfield is great imo, very distinct tone. you should make a list about your metal exploration! love reading stuff like that.
