idk theres just so many ideas on this album like Yum-Yab Killers and Hypogirl that if they repeated that vibe it might be strangely make the others less cohesive sounding.

And soon the sun begins to sink

Behind a wall of dirty air

I see their bones there in the pile

And taste the smell of burning hair

Someone mashed up this record with that crazy movie begotten and it's absolutely brilliant. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hEYm7gclchk

That moment you realize you would be seen as completely insane if you're caught casually singing Helpless Child lyrics lol

Also that moment when you're listening to this for the first time and realize once you hear the audience cheering that yes indeed, it was a live song.

Wow, just wow! Listening to Swans in chronological order, they've already released like 3 excellent albums and 2 great ones and the rest is at least good and now this one (just finished 1st listen) is even better than anything before! I can't believe how consistently awesome they are. Only The Mothers of Invention are comparable.

I almost hope The Seer and To Be Kind aren't as good as people claim because that would be just impossible.
