This band is just...mediocre. The vocals are annoying and repetitive, and the drums have the most awkward sound imaginable.

I'm still conviced that this is the biggest inside joke on Sputnik and possiblly the internet.

Nah, I'm just bored mostly. I've decided to end my Circle Takes the Square rant and move on to The Devil Wears Prada. Also, I was hoping someone could actually justify the 5, because the reviews don't really translate to the music for me.

I will stop my rant of CTTS once I say this: I do not understand the appealing nature of this band, and my comments reflect this. I know that most people reading this review really like CTTS, and I can respect that. What I cant understand is why people that do not agree with me have to resort to personal attacks. I use my comments to talk about the music, not to trash oter members.

Also, I do agree with those that have read my list in thinking that I took it too far. I dont like CTTS, simple as that. That list I wrote was a spur of the moment thing, and now that I am clear headed I will probably edit it. That is all.

yaah it's cool. At least you didn't come here like: "this shit sucks, if you like it you suck and you should die". Having different opinions is logical if not necessary

EDIT: that was meant to both of you, shortone323 and CaptainMorgan13This Message Edited On 05.01.09

What does it for me is not the actual songwriting in itself. I do think that the screams, riffs and other individual pieces of their sounds are great, but what I think CTtS truly excel in is general atmosphere as well as cohesiveness. The attraction is rather hard to explain.

Okay, is this band that great? I haven't listened to them yet, but everyone says that the guitaring is really sick.

Hm.. i'm a bit weary of an emo band tho.. Any specific song that's really good on here?
