Looking back on this album, I have to say it is nearly perfect. The only song that's slightly weak imo is Shit Luck and that's probably because I use it as my alarm.

I used to use loud and aggressive music like Converge to wake me up but then I realized it more just made me want to turn it off and sleep, forever.
Nowadays I use lush and chill music to kinda bridge the gap between being asleep and being lucid. Boards of Canada usually does the trick. Wildlife Analysis actually made me get up at 8am the past couple days!

Yeah Demi, I switched to Daily Routine, it's much more chill. can't remember if you were the one who initially mentioned using it as your alarm, I think you may have been.
I did cherish the utter confusion the piercing electronics in Untitled incited in me. Thought the world was falling apart around me every time I woke up.

I mostly stick to plain squats, but on occasion, yes, and weight lifting is almost definitely how I tweaked it. Docs have told me it'll strengthen my back long term, though.
