I have to be stoned to jam Saucerful

Imagine thinking the easy listening AOR prog era has anything on the most uniquely British sounding/ pioneering psychedelic album ever.

Piper and Saucerful are easy listening psychedelic, what are stuff are you talking about? ;)
|
| |
Easy listening in the literal sense is fairly subjective. I'm talking more in terms of style.
I exclude this album from that description though. Animals sounds more like progressive folk and early floyd than the other albums at this period.

I still don’t understand what’s so special about this. At least I enjoy Wish You Were Here, it has more soul. This is bizarrely vanilla for such a heralded release. Technically good but not particularly interesting beyond that, can’t get hooked on it, at all. Appreciation only.
