I agree with what Boney said, at this point Kid A is more legendary just because Radiohead are good songwriters. I especially feel like Kid A has a bit too many influences for anyone to make a a serious claim for it being the best electronic or indietronica album at this point, it doesn't particularly focus on any one influence for too long either. Compare it to Dots and Loops which technically has a lot of genre crossover but blends it so well together into a perfect mix; Kid A is actually in large part about contrasting those influences heavily I think.
