Ye. Emma Ruth was cool, i heard most of her set. I really didn't care for This Will Destroy You. Every song sounded the same. Deafheaven was fun. A lot of energy. Pecan Tree as the rightful closer.

I'm not a huge fan of them, but when I'm in the mood I will play Young Mountain. I've missed them opening for a couple bands and was kind of bummed that I'll be missing them Thursday.

Caught the tour last night, it was great.

Emma was amazing as always. Never listened to TWDY before and they weren't bad, but kind of boring IMO.

These guys were solid. Dan Tracy is superhuman.

They really need to take a lengthy break from touring to focus on the next full-length. We don't want another rushed job like New Bermuda. It's fine if they take 3 years between records as long as they craft something special.

Mire like listens to Blaze once imo.

This review says little about how the music sounds, and is more about trying to praise it. Also, overly praising Deafheaven shows a clear lack of knowledge about music in general. Fine if you like them, I love Smashing Pumpkins and will play the fuck out of some Sacramentum, BUT, I would never say a band like this is "superb" or anything of the sort, I simply know better.
