okay, that was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than I was expecting. Album feels way more TWI than I was expecting. some shoegaze vibes at times too and they were cool. but genuinely, as a full package, I'm officially glad they tried something like this out. i don't think emo/hardcore has been combined like this before (normally that just ends up creating skramzy shit) and I think a lot of this worked really well. that Brendan Murphy single was probably the worst showcase mostly because of the emoy parts not doing enough, but even now, it's surprisingly grown.



closer was cool but without a doubt their weakest of the 5.

also, Auguries (awesome song) sounds like it belongs on another album entirely. production def does not match the rest of this. Not sure if the initial plan was to have it on their next album but it def should've just been a one off. not complaining too hard doe cuz again, awesome song.
