This is, honestly, an easy listen, but not a particularly compelling one. I think it settles a bit above Magma for me, but not much.



I said something like it before, but I really don't mind how gojira are developing. I went through this with Mastodon (another band with a dirty AF 4-5 album run) and their post-Hunter albums have soured me on their entire catalog. That's not the case here. at least not yet.

Yes it was, and this is awesome too. The more I listen the higher this climbs up the ladder for me. This is becoming quickly their best record since TWOAF, but I may be getting ahead of myself. I just enjoy almost every song and then there's a couple that are just out of this world
