Idk i really think this might be better than White Pony. Band has been consistently great for decades now, but for me have never been truly spectacular since 2000. So this is a wonderful surprise.

Kinda wish "Headless" was the closer, but maybe that's just because I've had plenty of time to digest the last song so it probably didn't hit the same way as if I would have just waited to hear the entire album in it's entirety. Those clean guitars in "Headless" remind me of "Sextape" a wholeeeeee lot.

same, doesn't make any sense really. Guess that's just opinions, after all. I see pika expressing their discontent about them constantly. Also, Gore really isn't that terrible as people make it out to be. The first half of it absolutely crushes. The second half, ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh it's okay.

White Pony is one of my favorite albums, and i can genuinely seeing this being my favorite by the band in retrospective. All of the pieces are there. Only time will tell

I had to stop and eat for a minute so I'm just now finishing my third run through, about to start Ohms, definitely going for a fourth listen as soon as Ohms finishes.
