they're pretty similar (for like 10 sec) but it doesn't really matter imo, the two songs are very different in every other aspect

"Reminder that Dazed and Confused is an uncredited cover of Jake Holmes. Also, the original is better."
Don’t be bloody daft

Yeah, it's actually plagiarism. Uncredited cover sounds too kind .

The solo on I Can't Quit You Baby has gotta be one of my favorites of all time. So damn tasty, ever last note of it! And man Black Mountain Side is amazing too and I really wanna actually sit my ass down and learn how to play it. Seems like it be a lot of fun to jam that one out

I don't have much to say, its repetitive, but its still a okay album, a bit overrated.

This is not a review, but an op-ed. Comparing a debut album with newer and better ones kills all the joy of any music lover. Let's just imagine how the music scene was in 1969, as great as it was, but without this raw bluesy energy that did not exist before. Much of the soundscape of this album - Plant's voice, Page guitar tones, Bonham drums or those great bass lines of Jones - is already embedded in the consciousnesses of rock fans since then. Led Zeppelin still inspire kids to pick up the guitar to this day. It's just a whole new level of greatness. It's not perfect, but a classic album. Every song on this one is at least very good. Especially if put in the context. There were Rolling Stones, The Who or Cream with some of the parts, but Led Zepellin I had it all already. And it just holds up great after fifty years.
