Do any of you guys contrib to the DH patreon or any patreons in general? I've noticed more bands have started doing this kind of thing but I haven't ever given it a shot
It seems a bit odd to just give a band/artist money every month regardless of what they are doing, but I've never used Patreon tho, so there may be more to it than I think

Cool thing with patreon is you can sign up for a month and get everything they’ve ever uploaded up to that point and then you can cancel.

I do get it in the sense or touring. It would be pretty hard to find a job that would let you take off for months at a time and just let you come back and pick up where you left off repeatedly
Remote jobs are way more common now tho, so that could always be a possibility for some consistent income whilst music making. I know its a tough business to try and be succesful in and typically touring and physical merch is the way to make money when your arent selling/streaming in the probably million plus range, which makes it harder to have a normal job, too

loved this on release, but man anytime I ever the get the feeling for Darkest Hour I always reach for Undoing Ruin or just spin Stand and Receive Your Judgment and then move on.
