For me, it's:

Wavering Radiant
Oceanic
Panopticon
In the Absence of Truth
Celestial

Wavering Radiant just sounds so huge. And Threshold of Transformation just sent them out on their highest note.

Wavering Radiant is pretty amazing and unique yeah. Honestly I should check it again and see if it goes up in my ranking.

threshold is after my favourite from Wavering so it ends less strongly for me. it's still the 2nd best.

Imagine if The Pliable Foe was included on Wavering Radiant. Greatest album of all time for me.

This has fallen slightly out of favor with me recently. These days Wavering Radient steals its limelight as the runner up to Panopticon.

This is my most listened to Isis record by far but I don't think it is as special as the previous two. Dulcinea is incredible though.

Needs an extra 30 seconds of that end riff though.

SILENCE, HEATHEN

The band got less heavy with each release. Mosquito Control is punishing, Wavering Radiant is contemplative, and Oceanic is the midpoint.

Every Isis album is a joy, but I find their early stuff heavily underrated.

Whoa Wolfe 1'd this? I don't have it rated so I guess i haven't jammed it in a good while, but I don't remember it being that bad.

Lol it’s not. Nothing just suddenly goes from being a 4 to a 1 in an instant.
