well idk about "best", as far as artistic vision geogaddi is probably their most accomplished

but i like MHTRTC geo and this all pretty equally for different reasons

Weird. In terms of vision I'd say geo is worst, for me it's a directionless amble.

Still good though.

for me geo is the absolute perfection of their style, and once they realized they could no longer take that approach and further forward they started just playing around with the ideas theyd already laid out. whats why we have TCH and TH, which are vastly different albums but for a reason i think.

^That right there is the key to consistency, perfecting a formula then experimenting with it.

BOC have nailed that and for that reason, it's impossible for me to pick a favorite. All of them work on totally different levels

yah their albums all sound distinctly different to me. this one is incredibly dark and hard for me to listen to at times (like, it can actually depress the hell out of me when it's not boring me). geogaddi is a masterpiece for sure, really glad i picked up the vinyl

pretty much. i've decided whichever one i consider my "favourite" at a given time is mostly based on how well it syncs up with my mood/what im doing that day

this is my favourite today because im about to spin it on wax for the first time while harvesting the dead empty world of demon's souls
