I thought this was really good. Is it trendy to hate on this band now or something? Why are people labeling what is for the most part alternative metal "soft Metal" like that's an inherent bad thing. It's supposed to be soft metal, it's alternative metal.

I wasn't saying it's a bad thing I was just trying to describe this album with genre tags. I don't think it's trendy to hate this band. I tried to like White Pony back in the day but I couldn't vibe with it that much, and all this praise for the new one eventually convinced me to give this band another try. I did and, again, it's just not for me. I'm not saying they're "bad" but I just really don't understand why so many people love this band. They're ok.

O ok, I just noticed that there is a lot of hate towards this band and I'm still in love with them so i'm sad. If I were to sum up my love for them in one sentence:
They can be soft and heavy at the same more than any other band; chino is one of the greatest singers of all time; each of the members vibe really well together; the drumming is some of the most creative; they have dope textures.
And that was a run-on sentence, there you go.
