given Vanum just put out a record I doubt we'll get a new album from them for a while, but someone should email them this idea because it sounds wonderful.

the bass drums have a clunky sound and it sounds like the rhythm guitar is always slowed down to create a fuzzy background noise instead of a balls-to-the-wall driving riff, and it just has a weaker sound to it. Adding synths and female vox was nice, but the rhythm guitar ruins it.

I would assume 2016 but with Vanum, Triumvir Foul, Serum Dreg, Uškumgallu, and Predatory Light (all of their side-projects) having all put out material this year I don't think I can really expect anything else from the group any time soon. They have established in the past that they can put out albums fairly quickly, though, so for all I know they might've all planned to put out side project junk this year and focus on Ash Borer next year. Who knows.
I think the same can be said for Fell Voices since their drummer is involved in like four different solo projects and put out a bit of stuff this year, too.
