those were varg's lyrics I think, so typical for him. I do believe I read something about how "blåmmen" are part of norse myth tho, more like foreign adversaries with dark skin(?), but varg prob meant it to be about immigration and culture instead of just standard mythological xenophobia.

Listening again now, I'm a huge fan of the riffs and how they sound triumphant sometimes. Surprisingly melodic too. I like this one for similar reasons as Nattens Madrigal. They are akin in a way.
