Bergtatt>this

Bergtatt is the best overall but I do think that the latter half of Ulver's discography is the part I prefer.

i like their more atmospheric electronic stuff, which is why i'm drawn to songs like nowhere catastrophe and glamour box. bergtatt is very beautiful at times though

Oh man Nowhere/Catastrophe is amazing. Some of his best vocals and lyrics by far.

"Wouldnt say Garm is the best thing ever but his performances on this, bergtatt and Borknagar's debut are phenomenal"

Garm's vox actually are the best thing ever on Ulver's later/non-black metal albums.

He's one of my favorite vocalists now, bm or just regular singing. Gotta love his sick baritone range too.

I do the whole "BM binge in winter" but I do get the urge to listen to a lot of pop punk in cold weather at times, and conversely a lot of BM in summer for some reason.

Don't really care for his black metal vox but he ended up turning into one of my favourite vocalists. His clean vocals seem to have got better and better over the years.

Agreed his performance in Nowhere/Catastrophe is so perfect. Plus his lyrics are also pretty profound.
